This postcard is from Austria (the original name is Österreich, in German) but the person who sent it lives in France (because of that the code is FR).
The postcard is a photo of Kirchdor in Tirol. You can find more information about the village of Kirchdor here.
My favourite thing of the postcard is the stamp. It is a picture by Max Kurzweil, who is an impressionist painter. The picture is called "Dame in Gelb" (who means "Woman in yellow", so original hahaha). The picture can be find in the Wien Museum.
