This time, the postcard is from Taiwan
The first name of Taiwan was Formosa (it's a portuguese name), because Portugueses and  Spanish people was there. After that, the island was Dutch. But under the control of the Ming Dinasty, a pirate conquered Taiwan. In 1895, after the first war japanesse-chinesse, China was obligated to cede it to Japan. After the World War II, the island regret to the China's goverment.
Its oficial language is Mandarin, but a lof of people speaks Taiwanese too. 
Now, it's the rabbit year (and the person who sent me the postcard wrote "Happy Chinese New Year" in Chinese!)

Nantou: Yuchih Black Tea & Sugared Sweet Potato
Hualien: Hualien Taro Cake and Millet Mochi
Yunlin: Gukeng Coffee
Chiayi: Chicken Rice
Tainan: Tainan Traditional Snack
Kaohsiung: Papaya Smoothie
Taitung: Chihshang Rice
Pingdong: Wanluan Pig Knuckle                                                                                               
Every thing sound so Chinese! hehehe :) I think it's time to go to a Taiwanese restaurant!
